Our honourees
Recognising contributions that endure
Behind every honour is a contribution: a community strengthened, an institution built, a tradition preserved, an opportunity created or a life changed through service. Our honouree profiles document the people and institutions recognised through Sankofa’s programmes and the contributions for which they were honoured.
Honours architecture
The Sankofa Nation Builders Honours System uses three classifications. The first is Nation Builders Legacy — Custodians & Architects.
